D'arcy plays a giant upright mandobass (bass version of a mandolin) in the "Tonight, Tonight" music video. Like the Gibson harp guitar that James used in the video, this is also a Gibson. The mandobass was introduced by Gibson in 1912 and made until approximately 1930, however it appeared in catalogs until 1940.
